NE | Receptionist

Department: Office/Administration
Location: Lincoln, NE

Stonebrook Exterior is seeking to hire an organized and forward-thinking receptionist. The position is fast-paced and requires good multi-tasking skills.

This Job requires independent and individualistic thinking and behavior, where critical thinking and innovation are needed. Having strong ideas and opinions, the successful individual will propose these resolutions, sticking to them even in the face of firm opposition. It is important to state things clearly, factually and at times bluntly. This straightforwardness is required even with information, opinions, and conclusions that are uncertain or unpopular. High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of one year experience in a previous office job.


Duties but, not limited to:


Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must

Attentive to details with excellent follow-through skills

Answer and direct internal and external calls; Check Voicemails

Greet and direct incoming foot traffic

Take new leads from customers over the phone

Manage incoming and outgoing mail-FedEx, UPS, USPS

Check document email and upload/deliver accordingly

Manage subcontractor Files and insurance

Organize, maintain and stock kitchen/break room

Keep record of all office supplies

Provide administrative support for office such as copying, faxing and scanning

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Data Entry

Help with New Hire orientation/applicants

Record PO's

Assist with the preparation and clean-up of in-house meetings and events
