Safety Week kicked off strong with our Colorado team participating in a focused Stand Down, reinforcing a simple but critical goal—making sure every team member goes home safe at the end of the day. The session brought crews together to revisit key safety practices, share insights, and strengthen awareness across all levels of the jobsite.

With an engaging presentation led by Marc Malezija, CPMR, CPSC, the meeting struck the right balance between practical knowledge and real-world application—something that continues to make a lasting impact on our teams in the field. Even our unofficial safety ambassador, Chicken Nugget (Nugget), made an appearance, serving as a lighthearted reminder that building a strong safety culture is about connection, consistency, and showing up every day.
