Scope of Work:
We installed a Johns Manville 60-mil EPDM roofing system, featuring a self-adhering JM vapor barrier, 2” polyisocyanurate (polyiso) insulation, and a ½” DEXcell Glass Mat FA coverboard. The system includes a Hanover pedestal paver system and a Diamond 20 oz. copper vertical metal wall panel system. Additional elements include a 24-gauge steel shop-fabricated coping cap and 22-gauge G90 galvanized steel shop-fabricated flashings for a durable, high-performance finish.
