Scope of Work:
Temporary Repairs:
Applied elastomeric coating for short-term weather protection.
Main Roof – TPO Overlay:
Installed Johns Manville 60-mil white TPO membrane using RhinoBond over existing metal roof, with ½” Protector HD polyiso coverboard and EPS fluted infill panels. Included new wood blocking, 24-gauge steel flashings/trims, and all required materials for a full, warranted system. Covered under JM 20-Year NDL Guarantee.
Heat Treat Area – TPO Overlay:
Similar TPO system with added vapor barrier and insulation removal. Included all standard flashings and finishes with full warranty.
Gutters & Downspouts:
Replaced 7″ steel box gutters and 4″x5″ downspouts per insurance direction.
Wall Panels:
Replaced damaged panels on North and East elevations with matching Behlen profile and color. Included all trims and flashings.
Interior Protection:
Provided full interior protection and maintenance during construction, including equipment, cleanup, and disposal.
HVAC Work (Beatrice Mechanical):
Repaired/replaced roof-mounted units, dampers, mini-split systems, exhaust fans, and condenser units damaged beyond repair.
Overhead Door (Ultimate Garage):
Installed one 16’x16’ insulated Amarr 2742 garage door with lift clearance and weatherproofing.
Signage:
Fabricated and installed six 4’x16’ ACM wall panel signs with vinyl graphics and one set of routed aluminum letters.
