Scope of Work: Stonebrook Exterior was selected to install a high-performance roofing system for this expansive Amazon distribution facility. The project demanded precision, speed, and durable materials to support continuous operations and long-term reliability.
System & Products Installed: 697,700 SF Rhinobond-applied Sika Sarnafil 60MIL PVC roofing system, installed over 4″ ISO insulation with 5/8″ gypsum coverboard and a fully adhered vapor barrier.
Key Achievements: Delivered one of the region’s largest single-phase PVC roofing installations on schedule. The Rhinobond attachment method ensured secure, watertight performance while minimizing membrane penetrations. The system was designed for superior energy efficiency, longevity, and performance in a high-demand logistics environment.
