Scope of Work:
We completed a full roof replacement at the Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel in downtown Lincoln, NE. The team removed 37,600 square feet of existing ballasted EPDM roofing and installed a fully adhered EPDM system for improved performance and durability. All related metal components were also replaced, delivering a modernized, weather-resistant roofing solution while preserving the historic integrity of the hotel.
