Stonebrook Exterior was selected as the building envelope contractor for the new Chief Industries Corporate Headquarters in Grand Island, Nebraska. This signature project showcases a sophisticated blend of roofing, wall panel, soffit, waterproofing, and sheet metal systems designed to deliver long-term performance while complementing the building’s modern architectural vision.

Our team provided complete building envelope coordination and installation, ensuring seamless integration between all exterior systems. The project included more than 22,000 square feet of roofing assemblies, featuring EPDM membrane roofing, paver roof systems, and standing seam metal roofing. Stonebrook also installed architectural metal wall panels, custom-fabricated sheet metal components, drainage systems, waterproofing elements, and distinctive wood-grain soffit systems that contribute to the building’s warm, contemporary appearance.

A unique aspect of this project is that several of the architectural materials installed on the exterior continue into the interior spaces, creating a cohesive design aesthetic throughout the facility. The result is a striking corporate headquarters that reflects Chief Industries’ commitment to innovation, quality, and craftsmanship while providing a durable, high-performance building envelope built to withstand Nebraska’s demanding climate.
