CHI Immanuel Family Health Clinic in Omaha, NE, was designed by Hoefer Welker to reflect CHI Health’s mission—combining efficient operations with exceptional patient care through thoughtful design.
Scope of Work:
Stonebrook Exterior installed a high-performance architectural metal wall system on the CHI Immanuel Family Health Clinic, a 39,502-square-foot healthcare facility located in Omaha, Nebraska. The exterior envelope features a diverse mix of Morin MX-6 and XC-12 wall panels in 20-gauge steel, installed both vertically and horizontally in a custom color palette of Ascot White, Weathered Zinc, and Silversmith. Additional detailing includes 20oz PrePatinaed Flat Lock Panels in “Light Verdigis” by DLSS Manufacturing, matching adjacent architectural elements. The soffit system consists of Longboard 4” V-Groove planks in “Light Cherry,” integrated with Green Girt Z-furring and 3” Hunter XCI continuous insulation. All flashings and trims were fabricated to match the wall panel finishes, delivering a cohesive, modern aesthetic with lasting durability.
