Scope of Work:
This project involved installing Owens Corning Oakridge asphalt shingles (color: Driftwood) on Buildings 1–12, the leasing center, car wash/maintenance facility, mail kiosk, and trash compactor. It also included the installation of 24-gauge Berridge Cee-Lock panels, custom-fabricated flashing and trims, gutters and downspouts, as well as Ecolite EL400 Series single-hung and fixed windows. Additional scope included garage door replacements, new patio and balcony railings, trellis painting for Buildings 1–9, and the application of fiber cement siding.
