Scope of Work:
We completed a full EPDM roof replacement at the Assurity Life Insurance Home Office Building. The project included the removal of the existing roofing system and the installation of a high-performance Mulehide 60-mil white EPDM membrane. To ensure long-term durability and insulation, we also adhered a ¼” DensDeck Prime coverboard and a ¼” slope tapered polyiso layer. This upgrade not only enhances the building’s protection but also boosts energy efficiency and overall performance.
