The Scope of Work:
This Distribution Center we removed existing mechanically fastened TPO membrane (leaving fasteners, cover board, & insulation in place). Install new Johns Manville 60 mil TPO membrane roofing system, mechanically fastened through existing coverboard & insulation. Supply and install Kynar 500 painted 24-gauge steel shop fabricated coping (with 22-gauge G-90 continuous cleat), drip edge, and scuppers. Color to be as selected from manufacturer’s standard range to match existing as close as possible.
Total Roof Area: 25,000 square feet.
