Scope of Work:
This project features a combination of high-performance exterior systems, including a Johns Manville 60 mil tan TPO roof and Berridge High Seam Tee Panel standing seam metal roofing. Additional components include Castle Metal Products 4mm ACM wall panels, Nichiha Illumination and Vintage Wood Series fiber cement siding, Luxalon (Aloft Rainbow) soffits by Hunter Douglas, and a Dow DefendAir weather barrier for superior protection and durability.
