Stonebrook Exterior is proud to share the completion of a full exterior envelope project in Elkhorn, Nebraska—showcasing the strength of our “team of teams” approach.

By bringing multiple divisions together under one roof, we’re able to streamline communication, improve efficiency, and deliver a cohesive final product. With one point of contact and aligned crews across scopes, our teams work toward a shared goal: creating high-quality, visually striking buildings that stand the test of time.

Scope of Work

This project included a combination of roofing, masonry, and multiple exterior wall systems:

  • Roofing: Johns Manville 60mil gray TPO system
  • Wall Systems:
    • American Fiber Cement panels
    • ACM panels from Blue River Metal
    • PAC-CLAD (Petersen Aluminum Corporation) metal panels

Each component required detailed coordination between crews to ensure proper installation, performance, and overall aesthetic consistency.
