NE | Masonry Estimator

Commercial Masonry Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Masonry Estimator with experience in reading structural and architectural drawings (including specifications) for commercial construction projects.

You will be following up on all bid invitations and assist with all bid submittal information needed for each project. 

The ideal applicant will be highly organized, with the ability to plan ahead and multitask in order to meet deadlines and keep projects under budget. 

Masonry Estimator Responsibilities Include

  • Skills/Qualifications * 4+ years of estimating experience * Work in a high pace environment * On-screen takeoff, Bluebeam experience, or similar knowledge * Knowledge of Microsoft office, excel, outlook & adobe * Detailed oriented * Ability to work hours necessary to complete the assigned task Responsibilities * Review plans, specifications, addendums, ASIs, etc. * Perform complete takeoff of all scopes * Build pricing spreadsheet * Accurately write scope qualifications Compensation
